Please book If you currently have eyelash extensions and are booking a new set, please ensure to select the option for removal, whether the extensions are from another salon or ours. We do not offer refills for extensions applied at other salons or for those that have been in place for more than 4 weeks. if you have eyelash extensions

Cancellation Policy

24-HOUR BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We are happy to accommodate cancellations and appointment changes whenever possible. Providing at least 24 hours’ notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for an available appointment. We kindly ask for your consideration of other clients and our small business by giving us as much notice as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also incur a 50% cancellation fee. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
