Cancellation Policy

NOTICE PERIOD No cancellation fee applies if 24 hours notice is given. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24hours ahead. Cancellation or changes must be made via Email Within 24 hours a cancellation fee equal to the applies if we are unable to fill your appointment. ※$5 processing fee will be applied for processing the refund. If you're more than 15 minutes late, may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
