Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. All changes must be made via email. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee. • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Refunds (when applicable) are subject to a $5 processing fee. • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to another client. Before Your Appointment Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best retention and results. Running Late If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy will apply. Service time may be shortened to accommodate other clients. Extensions & Removals If you currently have extensions and are booking a new set, please include a removal service in your booking.
