24-HOUR BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We are happy to accommodate cancellations and appointment changes whenever possible. Providing at least 24 hours’ notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for an available appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also incur a 50% cancellation fee.
